Students interested in trying out for JV Girls’ Volleyball need to complete and submit a medical form and parent/guardian consent form to Coach Whitman in person (originals- no copies).

From there, students will then be notified if they are cleared to try out and the specific try out dates.

Students must *clearly* print their NYC schools email address on their parent/guardian consent form. This is how you will be notified about tryouts.
You must include all required initials on your parent/guardian consent form.
All dates must be included on all forms

Students interested in trying out for JV Volleyball are expected to have beginner to intermediate experience playing the sport.
